Order Processing
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders containing oversized or heavy pendant fixtures may require additional handling time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. We frequently offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold.
Domestic Delivery Options
We offer the following domestic shipping tiers:
- Standard Ground: Estimated 5–8 business days.
- Expedited (2-Day): Estimated 2–3 business days.
- Priority Express: Estimated 1–2 business days (for urgent orders).
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary based on customs clearance and the efficiency of local postal services. Please note that the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Your Shipment
A unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. We encourage you to monitor the tracking link for real-time updates. If your tracking has not updated for more than 4 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Special Instructions for Delivery
For large pendant lights or multi-fixture orders, we recommend having someone available to receive the package directly. If the package is deemed “Large” by the carrier, you may be contacted to schedule a delivery window. We are not responsible for theft or damage that occurs after successful delivery confirmation.
